Thanks to all of you who have attended my classes or bought kits this year! I am sad to say this is my last offical class! I am working on getting my teaching certificate current and then trying to land a full time job in the fall. I am sure I will still see all of you at the store! I'll be there working on my own books!!! Ramona

Baby 11/26/07 Ramona
Place the scalloped piece of paper on the left as far as it can go so that you have room to hole punch and tie ribbon onto the other side. Place the three patterned papers as shown. Use the circle P to begin the word precious (you will need to use the inside of the cut out P to make it look right. You will need to stamp the heart at the store since it overlaps the stripe piece. It is an acrylic stamp that an sales associate can help you find. I used the Dark Brown ink.
Page 2 - Goodnight Moon
Page 2 - Goodnight Moon
Place the white stripe on the right side of the pattern paper. Then place the moon at the bottom. Use adhesive where you can hide it for the velum words. I use some under the stars and where the moon overlaps. Adhere the ric rac next to the white paper.
Place the pattern papers as shown. Round the corners on the white 4x6 piece of paper and adhere the bath time words to it. Then adhere the mommy and baby ducks!
Thanks! Let me know if you have any questions!! Ramona

Thanksgiving Pages 11/19/07 Ramona
Page1 - Turkey Time
Place stripe paper next to circle paper and then stripe paper again. Place the 2 small strips of burgundy over the top of the other papers. Tie two ribbon on the small stripes and glue down turkey time. Use ribbon to go all the way across the stripe paper. Then cut a small section to tie the turkey onto the long ribbon.
Page Two, Happy Thanksgiving. Cut pattern paper out using the traced line and glue all pieces down. Then adhere ribbon all the way down the page and cut a small section to then tie the ribbon on. The happy thanksgiving is already stamped for you:)
Page 3-So much to be thankful for. Cut the words into small squares and then ink them. Start in the middle with stripe paper. Then add the pattern below and above. Lastly, tear the pattern for the top and the bottom and adhere. Glue down the velvet ric-rac and the letters and words.
All Done:) Thanks for purchasing a kit!!

Christmas Card Crop - October 27
Below are all the Christmas Cards that were made during the Card Crop the end of October. Those who attended the crop received directions on making all the cards. Look for our January Calendar coming out the middle of December. There will be another Card Crop in January. Cost will be $5.00. I will have six designs for you to copy or you can just come and make your own cards! The last one was alot of fun and I received lots of good feedback about it. The card themes will be on January's Calendar. They will be themes that I don't typically do in Card class, like cards for showers, baby cards, wedding, etc.
Also, these cards are now in the store to view. If you haven't started on Christmas Cards yet, now is the time to do it! Although some of these papers are limited, we have received some new Christmas Paper lines in at Scrapbook Art in the past week or so. KI Memories, Figgy Pudding by Basic Grey, Flair Designs, and Pebbles, just to name a few. Some really cute chipboard pieces that go with the Basic Grey papers, and lots of stickers and embellishments to go with the other.
Blessings,
Caron

Birthday Pages 10/22/07 Ramona
Thanks for picking up a Birthday Pages Kit! I hope you enjoy the pages.
Follow layout as above. It's your day has a shadow background. On "your" I added some shimmerz (glitter glue). I also put shimmerz in dots on the brackets. Lastly, I free handed a swirl in the left hand corner as seen in the second picture.
Page #2
Leave a space between the green and the print paper...you will cover the space with the orange and blue papers. You will need to freehand a curve on the orange paper.
For the circles at the bottom, you can leave them plain....or add some diamond glaze to make them shiny!
Page #3 Celebrate
I ran out of the orange paper...so there are two versions of this page. The layout is the same...just the colors are different.
For the celebrate wording, on the left, I tore the white and glued to the orange and on the right, I tore the blue and glued to the white. I inked around the white pieces.
Thanks again...let me know if you have any questions!
