Carons Cards - January 23 (rescheduled)

First off, I need to apologize for the bad photography.  I tried to fix the pictures up a bit with my photo software, but some of the images are less than desirable.  I usually try to take the photos at home where the lighting is better.  The store lighting isn't that great for photo taking.

Tip for the above card - if you are holding a kit, you will need to make the card, then take it to the store and use the Icicle Stickles provided there to glitter your two blue snowflakes.  Just ask the person working for the stickles, and they will give it to you.

On the snowmans eyes, I used Black Diamond Stickles.  You may opt to use black mini brads.  The Black Diamond Stickles was my own that I brought to class for everyone to use.  There is a piece of brown scrap paper for the arms.  Put adhesive on the arms, place the brown cardstock over it, then turn over and trim.  The orange scrap is for the nose.

This is a horrible picture of this card.  Alot cuter in person.  On this photo, you can't even see what the top looks like, so I took another close up below to show the steam on the top of the mug.

For the tag, I just adhered it to the card, then glue dotted the bow on top.

Here's the close up picture of the steam on top of the mug.  There is a white strip of cardstock to make marshmallows.  Once you finish the card, bring it into the store and use our stickles to add pizzaz to the steam.

On the layout titled, Feel the Magic, you will need to bring in your completed layout to the store to use the Stickles glitter glue that is on the letters. I tried to do it at home, but the letters need to be adhered to the page to prevent the paper from curling. Just ask at the counter for the product to use...it's free and in the cabinet labeled Disney class.

Gift giving Workshop Cards/tags- December 2nd
